Production timelines can be affected by weather, talent availability, location access, equipment issues, and client revision requests. STL Productions, LLC is not liable for delays or changes caused by these operational factors beyond our reasonable control.
Project deliverables and usage rights are governed by written proposals and agreements. STL Productions, LLC retains ownership of proprietary methods, internal workflows, and pre-existing creative assets unless explicitly transferred in writing.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, STL Productions, LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services or deliverables. Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid by the client for the specific project services in dispute.
