STL Productions, LLC provides timeline estimates based on project scope, crew availability, and client response times. While we work to meet agreed deadlines, delivery may be affected by revisions, weather, venue access, or other conditions outside our reasonable control.
Project fees for STL Productions, LLC are detailed in each estimate or proposal. Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are due according to the written agreement. STL Productions, LLC may pause work or delay delivery when payments are overdue.
Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals, accurate project information, access to locations, and required permissions for people, venues, logos, and music. Delays in approvals or access can impact production schedules and delivery.
Upon full payment, STL Productions, LLC grants usage rights as defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. STL Productions, LLC retains ownership of pre-existing creative methods, templates, and internal workflows unless otherwise specified in writing.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms stated in the signed proposal or agreement. STL Productions, LLC will invoice for completed work, booked crew time, and approved non-refundable expenses incurred before termination.
